Wholesale Requirements

  • Tax exempt status

    You must be a tax-exempt organization. A valid tax exemption certificate is required at checkout before your order can be processed.

  • Payment Terms

    Orders are invoiced on a 50/50 split payment basis. A deposit of 50% of your order total is due upon order confirmation to begin production. The remaining 50% will be invoiced prior to shipment.
